    • What forms of communication are supported?

Once your core policy has been generated, develop visual tools, such as flowcharts or infographics to share with your team, suppliers or customers and checklists and compliance reports to share with colleagues who are responsible for managing them.

When you join, you will be invited to specify preferences for your policy cohort. You can draft your policies in feedback mode. By doing so, other members of your cohort, or that you have specifically invited, will receive an invite to review your policy. You can also schedule feedback sessions, which you can use to invite relevant stakeholder groups, such as employees, to comment on your policy.

From full training programs, to tips that can be exported and attached as user notes in other workflows (such as site safety manuals, or contract management guidelines), you can maintain up to date information, and share it with relevant colleagues.

Strengthen your corporate brand by developing policies in the context of your broader industry or regional contexts, with feedback from the stakeholders that are integral to your business growth and culture. Often, this task is delegated to one person. By working with others who are thinking through the same issues, you can benefit from the insights of your industry peers. Earn professional recognition when you contribute policy insights either within your cohort, or by adding comments to the policy tools, so that they can be considered by others.

    • Does Policy Quarter certify policies as lawfully compliant?

No. You may need to seek legal advice to finalise your policies. You can invite your lawyer to provide customised feedback from your dashboard. The work you do in Policy Quarter should help you to identify the issues that you need to discuss with your lawyer.
